Returns and Exchanges
As all our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you check the product details and design options before purchasing. Your satisfaction is important to us, so if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at bitterinprint@gmail.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 14 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will ask that you provide evidence (e.g., photos) of the damage. In these cases, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
Lost Products
If your order has been lost in transit, please reach out to us. We will investigate and assist you with a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refunds
In the rare cases of cases where refund is necessary you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
